Co-Founder

I’m the co-founder of Ledger & Quill, a bookkeeping firm built on clarity, consistency, and genuine partnership. My mom and I started this business with a shared goal: to help business owners feel confident and supported in their finances.

With a background in banking, I developed a strong foundation in financial management and a deep understanding of what healthy financial systems require. As a business owner myself, I understand the daily demands and big decisions that come with building something of your own.

I believe bookkeeping should feel steady and supportive — never overwhelming. I work alongside my clients to keep their books organized, up to date, and truly understood, so they can make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork.

As someone who genuinely loves both books and numbers, I bring precision and care to every partnership. My goal is simple: to help you build a business that feels strong, sustainable, and aligned with the life you’re working toward.

My name is Katrina, and I have over 20 years of experience managing the financial operations of our family business.

Throughout the years, I’ve taken pride in maintaining accurate records, ensuring financial stability, and supporting the steady growth of the business with care and attention to detail. Being entrusted with this responsibility has been both an honor and a meaningful part of my professional life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in my garden and relaxing with creative projects like coloring. These quiet moments reflect the patience and thoughtfulness I bring to both my work and my relationships. I value kindness, consistency, and creating a sense of trust in everything I do.
